The FurMuse 5-Year Replacement Warranty

We stand behind the The FurMuse for the long haul.

If anything happens to your The FurMuse.
within 5 years of your purchase, we’ll replace it for free.

That includes rips, tears, broken clips, broken zippers, broken straps, seam issues, or any other damage that affects how your CozyRider™ works.

To request a replacement, simply contact our support team with:

1. Your order number or proof of purchase
2. A photo or short video showing the issue
3. Your current shipping address

Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement.

This warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of your original purchase and applies to products purchased directly from PawpyStuff or an authorized The FurMuse seller.

The 5-year warranty does not cover lost or stolen items, intentional damage, unauthorized modifications, or products purchased secondhand.
